I am 27M uncircumcised and recently learned that foreskin can go all the way back. Before this over the last year I worked on getting over my phimosis. I still at times have tight foreskin. When I try to have sex, if my foreskin is tight I feel I will finish fast. I am trying to get over the sensitivity of my newly exposed head. Any advice to overcome this?
