Hey guys β€”

How big of a risk is this?

I started on RestorEx in February (~1 hour per day) and then went to Epic / Best in July

Since starting on Epic / Best I find that to get myself to stretch past my BPSFL, I need to get at least over 10 lbs for any fatigue and around 15+ lbs to truly be past my BPSFL

I bought new rods as I was maxing out the length of the default rods at about 17-18 pounds

Now that I have longer rods, I’m hoping to go past that length and really get the gains going since I was limited before by maxing the old rods

I know we try to do as little work as possible for fatigue, so is any of this an issue for fibrosis or over adapting?

Here is some routine info:

  • I do it 45-75 minutes per day (breaks happen due to travel, life, etc…)

  • I’ve been using a heat pad during extension for the last month or so

  • Just yesteday I began doing bundled stretches and gua-sha-ing the left and right side beforehand

  • I get 0.5% to 2.0% fatigue usually

  • I haven’t felt any lingering pain or red flags like that
