So ive been extending with a vac cup since about December 24 and just bought a male hanger last week. My question is how long does it take to see post session bsfl gains from using a male hanger.
I had my first hanging session yesterday 6 sets at 10 mins with a few minute cool down in between sets. I didnt hit my post session elongation, which is something i hit every time with my extender. First 4 sets was hanging 7lbs straight down then the last two i did 10lbs with my hog. Maybe my set up with the hanger wasnβt correct since im still trying to figure it out. Each set felt like i was getting a good stretch. For context im 6.9 bpsfl and hit 7.25 using vac cups and my hog everytime doing 3x20 @ 9lbs. Making the switch since ive been dealing with lymphocele issues and trying to correct it with less time under vacuum pressure.
