I am looking for recommendations for free AI websites that can assist with the following tasks:

Code Creation: Generating code based on user requests and descriptions.
Plugin Development: Creating plugins or extensions when provided with a website address.
Code Testing: Testing developed code, preferably with the ability to upload an entire folder for analysis.
