Should I start PE? If so, what should I do to get the results I want?

I have never tried this before but i am considering starting it. My measurments are 6.1 inch (not bone pressed) and 5.6 inch girth. I have no prior experience or knowledge about this, however i think i would like to try.

I think i would ideally like to be 7+ and 6+ girth.

If someone could kind of β€œcoach” me through what to do that would be amazing.
