Title is pretty self explanatory. Iβm just getting into PE and looking to add girth as effectively(and safely) as possible. I know hard clamping isnβt recommended for beginners from what Iβve seen and to be frank I donβt have a ton of interest in it anyway as I donβt want to damage my guy. So Iβm really looking at pumping(water or air, I donβt know which is better), soft clamping, or any other method/combination of methods you guys have found most effective for girth. Just curious to know what some of you who made actual girth gains find most effective for it, Iβm okay with where Iβm at length wise, though I guess a little extra wouldnβt hurt, but the main priority is certainly packing on some girth.
