Started PE 2 weeks ago and i need some tips and tricks from the veterans on here if possible To start, here is my routine: Morning: use morning wood for pumping, do a session which is doing 10min 26 kpa, minute break, 10 min 26kpa; then afterwards i do extending at 10lbs at most 30mins, all while using a heating pad which i noticed helps me a lot with getting warmed up. Same session before sleep.
I noticed significant gains in 2 weeks when holding my penis in my hand, much heavier and healthier looking, but only when doing vacuum pumping, when doing the extending my penis feels worn out and i cannot do a session before sleep. I also got a blister from extending a week ago, used too much weight, the blister is gone but not completely healed yet, its gonna be good though.
After using the extender i noticed my ligament on the left side of my penis getting longer and making my penis finally straight. I want to continue doing extending of some sort as it is obviosly working. But i do not know if vacuum extending is the thing for me, as it is impeding with my pumping.
Now a few questions i hope somebody answers; I am getting laid tomorrow and want to leave an impression, how much should i pump before and should i extend at all that day? What is the best alternative to vacuum extending? Is my vacuum pumping routine good or should i break it up a bit in more cycles? Is edema bad, and if so, why? What kind of supplements should i use for maximum growth?(at the moment i am using 20kIU of vitamin d3 to increase hgh and l-citrulline to help with bloodflow)
