My 6 month progress, advice for getting better ?

Hello fellas ! I start my journey 6 month ago, I am glad to join this group since the information about penis exercise is not that easy accessible as others, and it’s time to share my personal experience.

My route are the following: 1. Bathmate twice a week, practice two session, each session for 5 minutes pressure suction, resting for 2 minutes, do jelqing while rest. Total for 10 minutes. 2. Penis extension device as the following picture twice a week, each time for 3 hours. 3. Rotate the Bathmate and the extension each day, resting one day after two training days. 4. Kagel exercise to training muscle everyday.

So far results The flaccid girth gain 1 centimeter and the flaccid length gain 1 centimeter in 6 months The erection girth gain 0.5 centimeter and the erection length gain 1 centimeter in 6 months

In the before/after photo I know I didn’t press to the bone while measurement, but after all the two measure are in similar situation. I feel happy to get progress, hopefully I can improve gradually .

I know there are many experienced and successful practitioner in this group , please feel free to inbox me or leave your kindness comment if anything I can modify and doing better. All advices and suggestions are welcomed and appreciated. Hoping we all become a better man πŸ’ͺ
