Curious what the most minimalist, low effort routine is that people have seen some results from?
I'm already at 7x5.5 naturally, which I recognize is already decently big, but let's be real most of us are here for ego. Mostly, I want to change my erection angle, which is pretty high, but I almost wouldn't mind an extra half inch of length and a little extra girth while I'm at it.
I'm not interested in buying any equipment (I live with my gf and don't want to explain) or spending an hour a day on PE. I also don't want to risk injury. So just looking for the simplest routine possible, understanding of course that I'm leaving gains on the table.
