Iβve done one course of Lugolβs, 3 weeks @ 2 times a day and I didnβt miss 1 application.
I put it on with the dropper and wiped it round with a finger then left to dry.
My skin got a bit dry but never peeled. Itβs lightened the bruising a fraction but only a fraction.
Iβm 2 weeks into a second course and havenβt missed an application but again itβs not peeling.
Can anyone give any tips on how to get it to work?
Iβm using 2% should I move up to 3 or 5%?
