Iโve done one course of Lugolโs, 3 weeks @ 2 times a day and I didnโt miss 1 application.
I put it on with the dropper and wiped it round with a finger then left to dry.
My skin got a bit dry but never peeled. Itโs lightened the bruising a fraction but only a fraction.
Iโm 2 weeks into a second course and havenโt missed an application but again itโs not peeling.
Can anyone give any tips on how to get it to work?
Iโm using 2% should I move up to 3 or 5%?
