Is it normal to see a line on the half way point of your tip after using Apex extender?

I’ve been using the apex extender every day now but after each sessions I see a line on the half way point of my tip. And my tip also seems a bit longer? Is this normal? It doesn’t hurt but I’m a bit worried. It also goes away after a bit.

Also, my foreskin that contacts to my top looks swollen too.
