Hard clamping

I’m a beginner but have been soaking information from the space for over 2 years. I’ve read a lot about routines, different exercises and ways people injure themselves by overdoing it. Currently doing manuals for length for a week now.

If I am sure to take it slow would I really fuck my dick up by starting hard clamping relatively quickly?

I’m thinking of starting with 2 sets of 5 min for 1 week then 3x5 the next week. Increase sets by 1 min every 2 weeks until I get to 3x10.

Thoughts? I have no desire to pump at all
