hi. I am pretty new to PE, only been going for 2 months now. I have been hanging for 3 reps, 5lbs, 10 mins each day, for 30 minutes a day, these past two months. I have seen steady gains, going from 13 cm to 13.8 cm BPEL, so I know for sure what I've been doing works. However, this past week and a half I have seen barely any to zero gains. I watched BP's video on hanging and he mentioned something about overloading, and was wondering if I should increase weight, and by how much? or if the gains will come eventually and I should stop measuring for now.
PE is a big time commitment and I don't want to be wasting time tugging at it without any gains lol
