Time: 12 minutes

Welcome back, we’re in the final stretch!

This week’s theme is powerful: β€œSomeone needs exactly what you have to share.” You’ve been building your writing habit and crafting your storyβ€Šβ€”β€Šnow it’s crucial to keep your reader front and center.

πŸ”Ž Today’s assignment: mind the gaps

After letting your draft rest over the weekend, it’s time for a fresh read-through. Here’s your approach:
What to do: Read slowly and make only additive edits today. Expand on what you’ve written, add clarifying sentences, and fill in gapsβ€Šβ€”β€Šbut don’t cut anything yet. (We’ll tackle that tomorrow.)
Time limit: Give yourself about 12 minutes to read through and add a few sentences wherever something feels unclear or incomplete.
Goal for today: These additions become valuable raw material for tomorrow’s editing session. When we focus on cutting for clarity tomorrow, you’ll have more content to work with and shape.

Ok, we are getting so close. Thanks for sticking with this. Tomorrow, I’ll share a practical editing prompt that will help you polish your work. See you then.
