Injury year ago that has made pumping not feasible for me as every time I try the symptoms pop up. Went to urologist and nothing they can really find out. I just have to avoid applying too much pressure near base. Havenβt tried clamping but seems that would also apply a lot of pressure near base. Extenders are fine but I donβt think they help much in the girth but maybe Iβm wrong.
