The first pump I bought was a Bathmate Hydromax8 but I am finding it basically impossible to pump with (loss of suction constantly!). I think I have too small a frame to get it to vacuum to my pubic region (if anyone knows how to fix this/how to add more padding to the insert let me know!).
Anyway I bought a cheap electric pump that has a huge cylinder base (think 2.5 inch) with a silicon sleeve thing to close the gap, my balls/scrotum dont get sucked in.
I am just wondering if in the future I decide to buy another one (dont want to spend any more money on pumps!) Can I just buy the biggest cylinder that I can and use the silicon sleeve (assuming size of sleeve == size of cylinder)? As far as I know the only reason to use smaller is to make it so you dont get your balls ect stuck in?
