*:I could be incorrect, but I do not think this person is the same person as the one in the article you linked for zh wikipedia. They don't have the same name in latin or chinese characters. Li Qi is referred to as "he" while the 李静 article says she is female. They are listed with different birth months and represent separate provinces.
