Which I take your point on, but no article on a post 2015 event will have sources about it that could reasonably be described as coming from a different time period. The news sources in this particular case, while primary for the court cases, are secondary to the bus crash given that they are a) as well removed from it as they could be and b) analyzing its impacts on other events. Vadakkencherry is a place in Palakkad district. In Kerala people usually tends to refer the place with the name of the district which it belongs to. All the sources which is showing up as Vadakkancherry accident is actually the same. As mentioned by GreenLipstickLesbian, the 2023 and 2024 sources deeply cover about the impact of this accident which happened in 2022. Hence it clearly meets the NEVENT criteria which I mentioned.
