'''Madelyn Dennis''' (born June 6, 2004) is a Mexican-American volleyball player, model, and pageant titleholder. She has competed for the Mexico Women's National Volleyball Team and played NCAA Division I volleyball in the United States. Dennis is also a professional model signed with Wilhelmina Models and the founder of the One of One Movement, a mental wellness and faith-based initiative. Her career spans sports, fashion, advocacy, and youth mentorship.

== Early life and education ==
Dennis was born in Laredo, Texas, and holds dual citizenship with Mexico and the United States. She began playing volleyball in fourth grade at United Day School in Laredo, Texas and later played for Laredo Elite Volleyball Club. At Smithson Valley Middle and High School in Spring Branch, Texas, she was a four-sport athlete, competing in volleyball, track & field, golf, and tennis.

Dennis was a four-year varsity letterman. As a freshman, she broke the school record for most assists in a single volleyball match. Her early accolades include:

Dennis plays as a setter and competed at the NCAA Division I level for NJIT. == Pageantry ==
Dennis held the title of '''Miss Spring Branch Teen USA 2022''', competing at Miss Texas Teen USA, and later held the title of '''Miss Newark Teen USA 2023''', competing at Miss New Jersey Teen USA. During her Spring Branch reign, she was mentored by Che Apollon White, director of Miss San Antonio USA. For her Newark title, Dennis trained with a Rhode Island-based pageant prep organization that sponsors multiple state pageants across the Northeast.

== Advocacy and initiatives ==
Dennis is the founder of the '''One of One Movement''', a monthly postcard project that promotes faith, self-worth, and encouragement. Each postcard includes a Bible verse and an inspirational message reminding recipients to embrace their unique identity.

She also works with '''NYC Smoke-Free''', an anti-vaping initiative aimed at reducing youth tobacco use and promoting health equity in New York City communities.

== Personal life ==
Dennis splits her time between New York City and Mexico City for training and modeling. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is currently learning Portuguese. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys offshore fishing, drawing, and playing golf.
