As always, artists are not automatically entitled to have Wikipedia articles just because they exist, and have to pass [[WP:GNG]] on reliable source coverage and analysis about them in media, but two of the three footnotes here are [[WP:PRIMARYSOURCES|primary source]] staff profiles on the [[WP:SELFPUB|self-published]] websites of her own employers, which are not support for notability, and the only one that comes from media is from a college ''student'' newspaper, which is a kind of source that we can use for additional verification of facts ''after'' GNG has already been passed by better sourcing but not a kind of source that can ''carry'' passage of GNG all by itself.<br>And the only statement here that goes above "artist who exists" is that she won a regional art award that isn't highly meganotable enough to confer an automatic presumption of notability on an artist who hasn't otherwise been shown to have proper GNG-worthy sourcing.<br>Nothing here is "inherently" notable enough to exempt her from having to have better referencing than this.
