When you report any issues via ticket to the "official support site" of your in use script and you are told that the issue is unknown.
Meanwhile, those very issues are easily found by you to via a simple Google search to have been reported via the official support site in various threads and you take the time to point that out to the XF responder(s) for ticket support and they respond that since you found it you know the resolution .... never mind that you have what amounts to zero access to...
