Weekly Routine (Bathmate + Stretcher)
Key principles:
- Always warm up (hot shower or warm cloth).
- Never push through pain.
- Less is more at firstβbuild tolerance.
- Rest days matter as much as workout days.
Saturday β Foundation Day
- Morning: 10 min warm shower β Bathmate 3x5 min sets (with 2 min rest between).
- Afternoon: Stretcher 1 hour (broken into 2 Γ 30 min sessions).
- Evening: Light massage (5 min).
Sunday β Light Day
- Morning: Bathmate 2x5 min.
- Afternoon: Stretcher 45 min total.
- Evening: Rest, no extra work.
Monday β Rest & Recovery
- No Bathmate.
- Optional: very light stretching or massage (just circulation).
Tuesday β Work Day
- Morning: Bathmate 3x5 min.
- Afternoon: Stretcher 1 hour.
- Evening: Warm-down massage.
Wednesday β Light Day
- Morning: Bathmate 2x5 min.
- Afternoon: Stretcher 45 min.
- Evening: Rest.
Thursday β Work Day
- Morning: Bathmate 3x5 min.
- Afternoon: Stretcher 1 hour.
- Evening: Massage.
Friday β Rest Day
- No Bathmate.
- Optional: warm compress or light massage only.
