recently i have been doing shape retention exercises on my day off, mostly low extension extending and keeping the sleeves after my session(instead of doing pumping like usual).
it seems to improve flaccid hang overall, unsure if it has any effect besides that so far.
what are some of you guys experiences with this? Retention exercises don't seem to be too much wild spread s far as i know
