Where should vacuum hanging pull from? what i mean is with compression hanging, the pulling force is around the middle of the shaft. And with vacuum hanging depends how far in I put the glans into the cup.

What about vacuum?
just under the glans? If so how far down? because totalman cups are deeper and longer and id be doing the water trick
im able to use all 3 sleeve sizes, what difference do they make and which is most optimal?
