[td]::It appears the bot has been struck by a database schema change. This problem wouldn't go away on restarts - it will need a code fix and I'm not sure if I even have access to update its code. Coincidentally though, I have been working on another user request to make {{t|database report}} extensible which among other things will enable replacing hot article lists (with no user facing changes - just that a different bot will update the report).
