For the startup times, we understand the server startup process took longer than expected in your case. Our platform only begins charging for GPU usage once the instance is fully operational. Any non-GPU-related charges for storage are minimal, but we realize our interface could do more to make this clear.
We hear youβour instructions for setting up SSH and Jupyter notebooks, including the step to install our self-signed SSL certificate in your browser, can be clearer. Unfortunately, the self-signed certificate is required on your local browser rather than on the machine itself, which can be confusing at first. Weβre revising our documentation and UI prompts to make this step easier to find and follow. Also we are working on ways were we don't need that at all.
Again, we truly appreciate your candid feedback. While we regret that your first experience wasnβt ideal, we hope youβll give us another chance to show how weβre working to make the experience smoother and more transparent for everyone.
