Thinking of buying the apex extender, however I cannot find a tutorial anywhere. There is one tutorial on YouTube but he uses the old apex in the video. Also in the video I donβt understand when he explains how to work out the tension to use and how long to use it for. I was hoping if anyone could please assist me, I would really appreciate if someone who knows or has experience with extending to guide me through this
