I am very curious to the difference between lengthening either of these particular parts. Are you able to target either and will each one give better growth?
Ive heard that extending downwards focuses on extending the suspensitory ligaments which only give flaccid hang and a bigger appearance. While extending out actual stretches the tunica albuginea. Should I target either one or does it not matter?
