She was part of a group called the "Outdoor Co-ed Topless Pulp Fiction Appreciation Society". Basically a group of NYC women who read books in public while topless. It was supposed to promote equality or something. There was a blog that documented it all, but it's now deleted.
If I remember right, she was like a computer scientist. She also modeled occasionally, and would get body painted in public.
