I was pumping regularly two years ago and reversed most of my atrophy. Wife liked the look of it but not the β€œpoofy” feeling so I stopped.

Last week I started up again to maintain but noticed a significant increase from the last mark I had made on my pump.

How do I keep the β€œpoofy” down?

Also. I have an hour commute each day… thoughts on pumping during commute?

And anyone heard of nimoox? It’s all over my algorithm but the smart pumping could be interesting when I have screen or window time.

My warm up pumping is -10 anything less doesn’t really do anything. From there -16 to -20.

Right now I’m planning on doing an hour in the am in sets of 5 mins on 2 mins off. 15 minute pump before workout at lunch. And another hour routine on the way home. Sat/Sun rest.
