thoughts on auxetic perforations on the penile tunica?

this study found theoretical efficacy based on modeling and I think the aim was to correct for volume loss and curvature associated with Peyronie’s disease. I wonder if this could be applied to cosmetic practice/pe? Basically, they perform star shaped perforations in the tunica that behave auxetically, meaning that when forced is applied or it is stretched, the tissue expands in a multi directional manner rather than elongating at one side and contracting at another(think of stretching a rubber wrist band for example and how it elongates but thins out). Similar to the pva hydrogel implant that could replace penuma, which has a negative poissons ratio and behaves in an auxetic manner, so it can adapt to penile micro environment changes aka flaccid to erect states.

What if you paired this with vacuum pumping or the phalback device, as well as extending? Though invasive, I think it would make for a good adjunct β€œtreatment”, much like anti lox paired with mechanical stressors. Imagine doing this and localized anti lox concurrently with phalback and phallosan for a few months, lol.
