Started in April just doing manuals and eventually invested in a pump and a proper extender. Starting measurements were 15cm bone pressed and about 4.7 inch girth... haven't really measured until today but could see my in pump gains and plus a few comment from the missus but was shocked to see just how much I've gained. My bone pressed measurements are now 16.8cm and girth is around 5. At first i thought I must be pushing harder but nope fat pad was 2cm in both photos also my non bone pressed length is now longer than my starting bone pressed length.
Routine is 45 min straight in the extender working up to 9 pounds, the 3 sets of 5 in the pump 10hg, 12hg, 14hg with 10 minutes of soft clamping with c rings straight after. 5000mg of L Citrullne a day and 25mg viagra pre workout.
