So I (21F) was having sex with my FWB and everything was fine, he was not being rough at all. We were in missionary and all of a sudden I felt this sharp stabbing pain in my lower abdomen (super low, almost where my mons pubis starts). I immediately told him to stop and get off of me and literally got into a fetal position and could not move because the pain was so intense. After a minute or so I tried to stand up and could not do it without my legs giving out from pain, so I got back on the bed. After like 5-8 minutes have passed I was able to stand up and walk a little, but not without limping and being hunched over, & it was still kind of painful, so I sat down and waited a little more. Some time later it passed and I could walk pretty normally again, but only without making sudden movements. This whole thing lasted like 15 minutes (I think) and then it fully passed, but obviously the mood was ruined. My partner was really apologetic and actually looked scared (lol), but Iβm actually convinced that it wasnβt his fault, and I was actually telling him that the whole time while waiting for the pain to pass but he still thought it was. As i said, he wasnβt being rough at all and he was not going fast because we were just getting into it, really. I was turned on and wet enough because he got me off before that, so that couldnβt have been the issue. After that I was pretty scared to have sex, because I was scared that it would happen again. I waited for about two weeks and then finally agreed to have sex again and see if that would happen again, which it didnβt. I looked it up and what i found was that it couldβve been an ovarian cyst rupture, which i donβt think it was because the pain was right in the middle, not on the right or left side, where ovaries would be. The second potential reason was that it couldβve just been a random spasm or something. It did not feel like a cramp tbh, just like a sharp pain, literally like I was stabbed in my uterus or something. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them?
Edit: I had a gyno appointment like a month before that happened and everything looked good, so I donβt think itβs something actually serious
