Realistic goals?

Hey guys,

I’ve been lurking here for a while and wanted to finally share my stats and goals to get some feedback from you. I’d really like to know if what I’m aiming for is realistic with consistent work.

Current stats :

Height: 170 cm

Weight: 85.1 kg

Body fat: 31.6%

BPFSL: 19.5 cm

BPEL: 17.5 cm

NBPEL: 15 cm

MEG: 15 cm

BEG: 16 cm

Ultimate goals:

Weight: 70 kg, ~12–15% body fat

NBPEL: 20 cm

SL: 16 cm

MEG: 16 cm

Routine:

Every bathroom break: 30 sec stretches (s2s, front, down, A-stretch)

Morning: 15 minutes pumping at 7.5 inHg

My wife says she’s already happy with what I have and doesn’t really understand why I’d want more. She doesn’t get that for me, it’s not just about β€œenough for sex,” but that masculine look β€” like having a full erection that stats at least 30 minutes, and that thick, bulging corpus spongiosum. No unrealistic time frame.

So my questions to you guys:

Based on your experience, are these size goals realistic?

Do you think my routine is balanced enough, or should I add/change things? No hangers, ads

Would really appreciate honest feedback from those who’ve been in the game longer.

Wil je dat ik er nog een meer β€œself-improvement” insteek aan toevoeg, zodat het ook duidelijk is dat je dit niet puur uit onzekerheid doet maar vanuit discipline en persoonlijke groei?
