Sorry if I sound like a complete newbie, I tried to find this information however I failed to do so. I just started manual stretching. in bd picture example he uses one hand for the base. Does that hand have to squeeze the penis to apply pressure or do I apply down pressure on the pubic area ? Also another question I have, is if my hand slips out from the grip held at the tip, do I just reposition and carry on the hold? Finally when I stretch should I aim to stretch with enough force that i try to go past the maximum length of stretch or should I use enough force that once I hit the maximum elongation length, I hold there and do not try to extend further than what I can, Iβm trying to gather how much strength should be used as I really I donβt want to injure my self, also I donβt want to use the wrong amount of pressure where itβs not doing anything at all for gains.
