I have the 1.75" Pump w/Gauge. I've been using it for two weeks now. I do start with 30 minutes manual stretch before use, and I have been pumping 2 days on, 1 day off as a newbie. I'll do a warm-up set, slowing getting up to 100mmHG of pressure in 3 mins, then 3 sets of 3 min at a slight tick over 100mmHG.

I am curious how to tell if the pump gauge is accurate? My experience so far is after pumping, I have some edema, and some petechiae that is generally gone by the next day. When I start the pumping process, I go in fully erect. When I actually pump, I do feel the pressure right away with each handle squeeze, and start to see some expansion, but I don't see the gauge go up until a few handle squeezes. I do seem to get a fair amount of expansion even at 100mmHG (around 6 inches bone pressed length in the tube at 0mmHG, and expansion to 6.5 inches at 100mmHG), but from what I'm seeing online, I see people pump from 200 to 300mmHG with almost no edema & petechiae. Since I'm getting this after short low pressure sessions, it made me wonder about the pump gauge accuracy. Am I potentially pumping at a higher pressure then indicated? Or do I need to go even lower pressure? Will I be able to go higher pressure in the long run if I stay consistent and my penis builds up over time?
