I have a compression hanger that I have up to 15 lbs on. I usually hang about 10lbs for 5 mins on 2 mins off. Then I pump with a leluv pump for 21kpa 27 kpa 2 mins each for a warmup then go up to 34kpa sometimes using 1 setting if I need more warm up but otherwise 5 mins static 2 mins off then 5 mins at 37kpa. Sorry don't have the conversion chart in front of me but that's like 5 hg start to 10hg at final. Then using a ring 20 mins after. (This warming up helped minimize the dots and I barely get them any more. I've gained .2 in 3 months pumping).
I am wondering if this is a good routine.
If not is it worthwhile to get the hink routine 100 is pricey af. I know Hink is the man when it comes to the stuff almost all his videos have great information on it. BUT I am a brokie as they say. Anyone else here tried it? What's your opinion on it?
