So usually I just static stretch with my apex 2.0, straight down or straight out for 30 mins each and just set it and forget. While laying down, extending straight down, I tried to stretch the skin of my lower stomach towards my chest and was getting an insane stretch feel around the horseshoe since theres now a secondary force pulling the otherway. Do people normally do this? Is this sort of like an uncalibrated way of interval extending?
