French President Emmanuel Macron welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the ElysΓ©e Palace on Wednesday, pledging Europe is ready to offer Kyiv security guarantees. Zelensky is set to meet European leaders in Paris on Thursday as part of international efforts to end Russia's three-and-a-half-year invasion.
