Hey y'all I was just hoping to get some critique/advice on my routine to see if I can improve it in any way.

Thanks for any advice.

Vac hang 45 min- Done sitting down with the pull going straight out. I hang with 10lbs and generally take no breaks.

Soft Clamp 7min- Done with toe shield.

Rest 20+min - I do this to take a piss finish some school work etc. sometimes can go on longer

Pump 3x10 min 5-10 hg- Don't fully exit pump just relax pressure for 30 sec.

Soft Clamp 3x5-10 min- To lock in the pump size.

Please let me know what could be changed in this that can help in growth/recovery.
