- 3x30s manual stretch per direction (left/right/straight-out).
- 2x20s bundled stretches per direction (180Β° twist left/right).
It said to avoid stretching up or down because that could weaken the suspensory ligament and decrease erection angle.
One thing I'm a little worried about is the total stretching duration. This is only about six minutes of stretching. Is that enough?
