Is it normal to have an increasing bpsfl outside the extender but not the inside?

I’m making pretty consistent progress with my bpsfl when measuring it before and after a extender session. The thing is I don’t see my size increasing while I’m in the extender. It has stayed the same as my bpel for a bit now while my bpsfl keeps climbing.

Is this normal and a good sign?
