In search of routines without gear/ devices

Everywhere I look for routines I see pumps or clamps or something else I get that probably the most effective way but i’m 18 and live with my parents so I can’t order stuff like that. so I was wondering if anyone knew routines for people who aren’t able to buy stuff like that. If you do have a routine to help could you please provide a brief explanation of what the exercises is not just the name of it because i don’t know what they actually are.

I’d like more length and girth but I feel prioritizing girth would be better i’m 8.3x6.1 if that helps anything

I’m new here so sorry for not using proper terminology I don’t know it yet
