Everywhere I look for routines I see pumps or clamps or something else I get that probably the most effective way but iβm 18 and live with my parents so I canβt order stuff like that. so I was wondering if anyone knew routines for people who arenβt able to buy stuff like that. If you do have a routine to help could you please provide a brief explanation of what the exercises is not just the name of it because i donβt know what they actually are.
Iβd like more length and girth but I feel prioritizing girth would be better iβm 8.3x6.1 if that helps anything
