I always did a bit of PE here and there when I was younger ( 18 years old I started) but I never was very consistent, kind of did my own way and never used devices or stuck to a fully fledged routine.
Iβm about 6.1 inches in length and like 4.5-4.6 inches in girth (which has always been my weakness)
I saw a post about someone who literally gained like 1.5-2 inches in the span of 2 years and , obviously everyone is different, but I want to make a change for myself in both dimensions.
My PE knowledge isnβt amazing so I would like to ask if someone would be willing to help me out with advice whoβs made permanent gains for himself. It would be much appreciated
