Hello lads. I've been "warming up" with manual stretching for about a month now in preparation for the first penis extender that's coming to me. I'm Italian, and I want to buy a penis pump (my favorite is leluv). I'm having great difficulty purchasing them. Can anyone suggest me how to do it? If an Italian answers, even better!
