M(31) here. Iβve been married for about 1.5 years, and when it comes to PIV sex I usually last less than a minute. On a really good day, I might manage a couple of minutes. This happens regardless of whether Iβve masturbated that day or not.
I feel like this is affecting our relationshipβat least from my perspective. I sometimes feel embarrassed about it, and there are times I avoid sex altogether and turn to porn instead.
For those whoβve experienced something similar: should I bring this up with my GP? My GP is female, so Iβm not sure how comfortable Iβll feel talking about it. Or should I be trying to see a specialist? The catch is that where I live, you usually need a GP referral to see one.
