 | The Faint is amazing. They're like if Interpol had a raging boner for Killing Joke and Ministry instead of Joy Division. It kind of blows my mind they were a Saddle Creek band founded in part by Conor Oberst himself, though given he's a punk/hardcore kid that's not actually too surprising. And the Murder City Devils amaze me because, as someone who was exposed to this genre first in part by Gallows, this is the missing piece of the Gallows sound puzzle that fits next to later Orchid, The Blood Brothers and Hot Snakes (who I all also love).
