My boyfriend (m20) and I (f20) have been dating for two years. Our sex life has always been very active and generally very good from the start. However, this year, we started living together. He started working complicated hours that were practically incompatible with mine, and so far so good, that's life. The problem was that our sex life started to deteriorate. Before, we had sex almost every day, and then suddenly we started having sex once or twice a week, which isn't a number I'm comfortable with. I talked openly with him about my concerns and what was bothering me. He said it was because of work, that he was very tired.
It's been a month since he left work and nothing has changed, so we had a fight about it, which was basically me complaining and talking about how I felt and him making excuses.
It's been over a week since the fight, and even though he's already taken the initiative, I simply don't want to have sex anymore. I get horny, but I prefer masturbating to having sex. I'm feeling hurt, bc even after I expressed my feelings and said the situation made me insecure, etc., he didn't do anything to change it other than ask to have sex. It's not something I'm controlling, when the time comes it simply looks more of a burden than a good thing.
Does anyone have any advice on what I could do to change this? Pls lmk
