I can’t orgasm with out using a toy (womenizer )

I 33f love having sex with my partner and of course masturbating. But I can’t just orgasm with my hand anymore. I don’t know if my body is just to used to it. My partner and I use the toys in the bedroom so it’s not such a big deal but it’s quite frustrating that’s a womenizer is the only way I can orgasm. Has this happened to anything else. If so had to did you deal/over come this.
